Meet Derek and Marcy Medina

Derek was born and raised in Hawaii where he was exposed to many cultures and styles of food. He moved to the northwest in the late 90’s where he settled down and met his wonderful wife Marcy. Together their goal is to provide freshly made, ono (delicious) food, giving you an authentic Hawaiian style meal and experience. Whether you're picking up dinner, having an office meeting or catering a celebration, we are here to help you have an unforgettable event.
